Bilbao Exhibition Centre has 4000 spaces located on 3 different levels.

Each area is divided into three areas identified by colours:

  • The blue area is located under Halls 1 and 2
  • The orange area is located under Halls 3 and 4
  • The green area is located under Halls 5 and 6

Parking areas and entrances

Approximate schedule*:

    • Sundays through Thursdays: from 05:00 am to 00:30 am.
    • Fridays: from 05:00 am to 03:30 am (Saturday).
    • Saturdays: from 05:00 am onwards. All night continuous service.

*This may be extended for special events. Subject to changes.

The maximum height for the parking area is 2.20 metres.

There are 27 charging points for electric vehicles. The charging points are on level -1 of the north and south intersections in hall 4.

Recharging can be managed through the Waylet application.

The parking fee is € 2.60 for the first hour, € 1.40 for the rest of the hours, with a maximum of € 18 per day.

The automatic payment machines are located throughout the atrium. They are marked with a P.

Bilbao Exhibition Centre has park and ride facilities for Bilbao underground (Metro Bilbao) users.

  • Metro Tickets: €0.70
    • The Barik metro card must be used (only valid for the underground, not for bus transport).
    • The last trip must be from any other stop to the Ansio station.
    • Please retrieve your vehicle before the underground service ends.
    • In the case of continuous underground timetable (night transport service), the maximum stay is 24 hours.
  • Approximate schedule (This may be extended for special events. Please check Metro Bilbao for schedule changes and exceptions):

You can get to the airport from BEC by taking the metro, Line 2 to San Mamés station, and then taking the bus number A3247 from the Intermodal Station to the airport. This bus leaves every 30 minutes.

There is also a taxi Rank at the north entrance of the venue. It will take you about 20 minutes to get to te airport with an approximate cost of 15€.“

Bilbao Exhibition Centre has elevators with direct Access from the parking to the Central Atrium and to the different pavilions. It is a fully adapted building for all purposes and public.

Yes, visitors, exhibitors and BEC users can connect to the Internet free of charge from anywhere in the venue through the “Bilbao WiFi” network.

Suitcases and coats can be left in the cloackroom as long as the service is available for the event you visit. The cost of the service is €3. To confirm whether the service offered, please contact the following telephone number: +34 94 40 40 000.
