How does the on-line booking work?

It is very easy. Just introduce your arrival and departure date, fill in the booking form and make your payment in a secure and effective way. Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

What must I do when I get to the car park?

If you provided the licence plate, the system will recognise your booking and the machine will issue your parking ticket without having to show your confirmation e-mail.

If you did not provide your licence plate or if the entrance scanner does not recognise it, you must place the QR code that appears in your confirmation e-mail in the entrance scanner.

You can use your mobile phone or a printed format.

Once the booking has been recognised, the system will give you a ticket, which you must keep until the end of your stay. The barrier will now open.

Is it necessary to introduce the licence plate?

It is not necessary, although it is advisable to do so if you know in which vehicle you will be arriving. Access is faster, as the entrance and exit lanes will recognise your vehicle before placing any code in the scanner.

What happens if I stay longer than expected?

If this occurs, prior to leaving the car park, you must pay the additional parking time at the BEC payment points.

Am I assigned a specific parking space?

No. You can park in any of the 4,000 spaces available.

Can I modify or cancel a booking?

No. At present, bookings cannot be cancelled or modified. However, we are working on offering this service in the best possible way.

Do I need to show a printed document?

All you need is the booking confirmation e-mail. You can bring it in printed format or on your mobile phone.

When do I make the payment?

The payment is made upon completing the booking form.

After paying by credit card and once the payment has been accepted, you will receive a booking confirmation e-mail, your invoice and user information.

This e-mail will include a PDF attachment which contains a QR code which you will be able to use to enter the car park if your licence plate is not read correctly.

Can I request an invoice?

Yes. You will receive the invoice in the booking confirmation e-mail.

What happens if a technical error occurs during the booking process?

The system issues an e-mail with a voucher code, which can be used in your next bookings.

This code is introduced in the Voucher box in the summarised payment window.

I have not received a confirmation e-mail.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail at the time of the booking. Normally, this e-mail is issued between five and ten minutes after completing your booking.

If you have not received it within ten minutes, check your Spam folder. Unfortunately, some e-mails are considered to be spam by the e-mail provider and we are unable to do anything about this.

I will arrive in a different car than that indicated in the booking. Is that a problem?

There is no problem. As the entrance scanner will not recognise the registration plate, you must place the QR code that appears in your confirmation e-mail in the scanner.

Why must I pay in advance?

Because in this way, we can guarantee that the parking slot will be reserved for you. By doing so, you will be sure that you will have a space in the car park and you will be able to arrive worry-free.

Can I book by phone?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to book a space by calling our customer service line. It is only possible to book on-line because our availability and prices are automatically updated on our system.

When making the booking, you will be asked to complete a form with your details. On booking, you are guaranteed that a parking space is reserved for you and the price will not change.
