Addit3D is readying a fair with more than 100 exhibiting companies, almost 230 products and a full programme of content

Addit3D-International Additive Manufacturing and 3D Fair is beginning the countdown to its sixth edition, to be held between 13 and 17 June. More than 100 exhibitor firms have so far confirmed their attendance, from 15 countries: Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. The fair is part of the 31st edition of the BIEMH-International Machine Tool Biennial and will complement the Industry 4.0 programme with a broad cross-section of companies that will be installed in Hall 6 of the exhibition centre.

The Addit3D exhibition area will feature almost 230 products, services and innovations. Exhibitors will be from the main sectors: advanced systems and machinery and 3D printing, equipment and printers, industrial applications, raw materials, consumables, 3D printing services, software, 3D scanners, and R&D and training. Also present will be the following sub-sectors: additive manufacturing industrial applications, associations and publishing companies, consumables, scanners, education and training, research and development, raw materials, services, systems and machinery, and software.

Today, additive manufacturing is advancing rapidly and being integrated into traditional production processes. There are therefore major challenges and cross-cutting concepts that encompass all areas of industry. ADDIT3D is thus a combination of exhibition, conferences and a networking space. It also boasts a full programme of content, including the ADDITIVE TALKS to be held on 17 June in the Conference Room in Hall 6. The fair will include in the exhibition area a meeting point where the fair’s exhibitors will give short commercial and technical presentations: Innovation Workshops. The purpose of this space is to establish direct contact with visitors who are seeking bespoke solutions for their manufacturing needs.

Addit3D will be held as part of the BIEMH-International Machine Tool Biennial and simultaneously with BeDIGITAL-Fair on Digital Transformation as applied to Industry in Hall 6; and the IMIC-Industrial Maintenance Innovation Conference and WORKinn-Talent Hub in Hall 4. It will thus round out the largest showcase for advanced manufacturing and Industry 4.0.

Professionals from all over the world will visit the Bilbao Exhibition Centre for a week packed with business opportunities. To facilitate business contacts, visitors and exhibitors can download the event’s APP, which will allow visitors and exhibitors to exchange contact details quickly and easily by scanning the QR codes on their badges. It will be a tool that improves the user experience, enables new functionalities and also helps minimise the use of paper.

Addit3D is organised by Addimat-Spanish Association of Additive Manufacturing and 3D Technologies, and Bilbao Exhibition Centre. It also features the collaboration of the Basque Government and SPRI and the gold sponsorship of HP, Meltio and Pixel Sistemas.
