In order to establish direct contact with German companies who organise events, representatives of Bilbao Exhibition Centre have travelled to the German cities of Düsseldorf, Cologne, Frankfurt and Munich to meet with companies such as sem4u, Europforum, CTI, Merz, Ralph Lauren, Ecovis, Preferred Planners, Preferred World and Diplomkaufmann, in addition to visiting three other benchmark companies which are Stagg & Friends, Planworx and Lörh & Partner, whose customers are major car brands, pharmaceutical companies and leading companies in different sectors.

These companies are in a continuous process of searching for new settings capable of hosting large events. Thus, Bilbao is one of those spots where companies of the event-organising sector have set their sights, thanks to which this city now has modern and flexible venues such as the Bilbao Exhibition Centre along with all those other services that it offers, such as a nearby airport, a port which facilitates maritime passenger transport, and hundreds of hotels.
