Maintenance will hold its seventh edition from 23 to 25 February 2027 at Bilbao Exhibition Centre. As the only trade show in Spain dedicated exclusively to industrial maintenance, the event will take place at a particularly favorable time to explore the market in real time and identify new business opportunities. To achieve this, the event will feature a dynamic, innovation-driven format combining its exhibition and product presentation space with conference sessions and networking opportunities.
The show floor will gather suppliers from across every level of the industrial maintenance value chain. The represented sectors will primarily encompass maintenance and lubrication; maintenance technologies and industrial services; measurement, evaluation and control; software solutions; environmental services; asset management; facility management; and engineering and consultancy firms.
Its international dimension is also one of the event’s key differentiators. At its previous edition, Maintenance welcomed exhibitors from France, Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Sweden, and Switzerland, among other markets—reinforcing its role as a strategic hub for exchanging knowledge, expertise, and commercial opportunities on a global scale.
The integration of advanced technologies into asset maintenance has become a critical factor in enhancing equipment reliability, optimizing processes, and reducing unplanned downtime. Aiming to delve into the key challenges and opportunities facing the sector, Maintenance will offer a comprehensive content programme combining specialized expertise, real-world case studies, and the market’s most innovative solutions.
Highlights will include the Innovation Workshops, a dedicated space where exhibiting companies and sponsors will showcase the latest technological breakthroughs, practical case studies, and targeted solutions to address the industry’s major challenges.
Within the Maintenance Talks conference stream, national and international speakers from leading industrial companies and prestigious research centres will explore the sector’s core challenges and showcase key success stories. To this end, the programme will address critical topics such as the resilience and sustainability of industrial assets; industrial data platforms for asset intelligence and AI; and the impact of large language models (LLMs), agentic AI, and autonomous assets on the evolution of maintenance strategies.
Maintenance 2027 will take place under the umbrella of +INDUSTRY, the country’s largest smart manufacturing platform, which will bring together seven complementary industrial trade fairs in a single venue: AdditƐD, BeDIGITAL, Maintenance, Pumps&Valves, Subcontratación, and weAR, alongside the WORKinn Talent Hub. This joint event will drive connections across the entire advanced manufacturing value chain.
Hosting the fair within +INDUSTRY will draw decision-makers from key sectors such as automotive, defence, food & beverage, aerospace and aeronautics, energy, capital goods, steel, chemical and petrochemical, and rail, among many others.
An international focus is one of +INDUSTRY’s primary hallmarks, reflected in the diverse origins of both exhibitors and visitors. At its most recent edition in 2025, +INDUSTRY welcomed 12,120 professionals from 47 countries. Among the most widely represented international markets were France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Morocco, China, Taiwan, and South Korea.
Organised by Easyfairs and Bilbao Exhibition Centre, Maintenance is supported by the Provincial Council of Bizkaia and SPRI – Basque Government as Institutional Partners.
