BEC opens its doors to food innovation

Analyzing challenges that the food industry faces in the next decade such as the digitization of the sector, the search for more sustainable models or innovation in ingredients and products has been the main axis of Food 4 Future, a professional event that has gathered at Bilbao Exhibition Center about 5,500 visitors interested in the food and beverage industry last week.

Furthermore, technological solutions related to artificial intelligence, blockchain, IIOT, Biotechnology, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Cloud and Automation and Robotics have also been released.

Precisely, during the three days, the most innovative technological solutions applicable to food safety, packaging, food processing, transport or logistics have been explored, with the aim of optimizing processes and achieving more efficient business models.
