The facilities of Bilbao Exhibition Centre will once again be the venue for exams for public employment offers and Basque language level exams during the month of October. From September 29th to October 1st, nearly 81,000 candidates took part in the exams of Osakidetza – the Basque Health Service. Among the positions offered were the specialties of physiotherapist, laboratory technician, orderly, administrative assistant, service operator, nurse, nursing assistant, administrative or general services driver.

This weekend, on the 21st, it was the turn of the teachers, who took part in the competitive examinations for the Teachers’ Corps. On October 28th will be the turn of those who will sit for the Secondary, Plastic Arts and Design and Music and Performing Arts teachers’ examinations. Between both tests, more than 10,000 applicants are expected.

During the month of October, the exhibition centre also hosted the HABE exams, an event that already has a specific weight in BEC, which welcomed 5,000 people, who took the second call of the written test of Basque.
